Shipping

All kits have flat rate shipping fees applied dependant on the weight. The time taken depends on current weather conditions and COVID-19 restrictions and on how remote the location is.

Most items shipped on the East Coast take 3-6 days, however WA and NT can take up to 2 weeks. Please visit AusPost for more details.

All kits are sent with tracking and signature on delivery.

Please allow up to 3 Business days for your order to be dispatched, you will receive a Fulfilment email with Tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We also post internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote to your country. Due to international travel restrictions there are major delays with international delivery.


Returns policy

At AussieDrifter Touring we are committed to customer satisfaction. Orders may be returned for refund (if applicable), exchange or credit note within 30 days from the date you received the item, provided the product is returned in its original condition and a receipt is provided if change of mind occurs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (hasn’t been fitted) and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase:

  • Full Name and Postal Address

For any change-of-mind or incorrectly chosen purchases that need to be returned, the cost of return postage will be incurred by the customer.

For goods that require fitment our return policy cannot extend beyond the value/cost of the item ordered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aussiedriftertouring@gmail.com and send your item to: PO Box 506, Hunter Regional MC, NSW 2310.
