Fast and simple install.

Just connect the Bluetooth unit to your auxiliary batteries positive and negative terminals and then search “bm2” battery monitor via either the apple or android App Store to download the free app. Once you have the app your device will automatically pick up the monitor when in range. At this point you can name your battery and set alerts so that you will be notified if the charge in your dual battery drops to a certain level. You can also receive daily alerts of the state of charge in your battery and charging graphs over the course of a journey. The unit stores upto 31 days of information while being out of sync from your device.

It is a simple way to have full control of your dual battery use.

NOT suitable for Lithium Batteries.

These battery monitors calculate the state of charge based on battery voltage. Which is perfect for lead acid base batteries which includes agm, but is not accurate on a lithium battery as the voltage stays the same through out the charge cycle.
